Annual Renewal - Social Housing Applications: When your social housing application has been in place for 12mths+ you will receive an email asking you to Renew your application. When you receive the letter, please logon to your Homechoice account and follow the link in the ‘My Activity’ section at the top of your homepage inviting you to complete the Renewal process within 21-days. If you require additional support to complete this process, please contact 0161 217 6016 option 2 or call into Cornerstone reception.
If you wish to Close your application, please go to ‘Request Closure’ in the ‘My Applications - Social Housing’ section of your homepage.

Mutual Exchange: If you are a Stockport Homes or Housing Association tenant living in Stockport, you may wish to consider joining the Mutual Exchange register. Mutual Exchange offers an alternative option to the social housing register and can often mean a quicker move to a more suitable property. 142 Stockport tenants have successfully secured a property move via Mutual Exchange since April 2024.
